You are able to send a secure message to the Call Centre relating to various queries that you may have. These could range from a simple request for help in terms of how to initiate a transaction to general internet banking functionality, account queries, and limit increase / decrease.

Inbox

Shows a list of all messages received. Each message on the list shows the following information:
  • Indicator to show if the message is read or not.
  • Name of sender of message.
  • Subject of the message.
  • Date the message was received.
  • All messages in the Inbox can be read and replied to if required. Unwanted messages can be deleted from the Inbox. You can also search for your messages.

Notifications

You are able to receive notifications if there are changes to your balances, if your account is overdrawn, debits or credits to your account and if the currency rate changes.

Customer service requests

Here is what you can do using the customer service request function.
  • Overdraft application
    Use this to apply online for an overdraft on a specific account.


  • Chequebook request
    Request a new chequebook.


  • Request a notice deposit account
    Open a notice deposit account online. This type of account requires you to tell us 32 days before you'd like your money to be available to you.


  • Request a fixed deposit account
    A fixed deposit is when your money is invested with us over a specified period, such as six, 12 or 18 months. The money becomes available to you only after the period you selected to invest.


  • Request a call account
    Call account are demand investment accounts where the balance is available at any time. Apply for one online.


  • Stop debit order
    Use the customer service request function to stop a specific debit order.


  • ATM card limit decrease
    You are now able to send a message to the bank to request an increase or decrease AutoBank daily withdrawal limit.
